Funnel Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Funnel Strategist to own and accelerate the top of our acquisition engine. You will design, test, and launch high‑converting funnels that turn cold traffic into qualified leads and booked sales calls, directly impacting revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build end‑to‑end funnels (opt‑in pages, lead‑magnet flows, webinar/VSL, call‑booking sequences) from scratch.
• Create and iterate marketing angles, hooks, and offers on a continuous cadence.
• Develop lead magnets that attract and qualify cold traffic for the sales team.
• Generate and own booked‑call metrics for each funnel, not just the landing pages.
• Reverse‑engineer competitor funnels weekly and ship improved versions before trends fade.
• Adapt proven funnel concepts from adjacent industries to our market.
• Launch experiments quickly, analyze performance with the traffic team, and scale winning ideas.
• Collaborate closely with paid‑media, sales, and design teams throughout the funnel lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building high‑converting funnels in a direct‑response environment with measurable revenue impact.
• Deep understanding of conversion psychology and direct‑response marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with funnel builders (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Webflow or equivalents).
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and core funnel metrics (CPL, CPA, CVR, CAC, ROAS).
• Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests that drive strategic decisions.
• Strong copywriting ability for landing pages, lead magnets and hooks.
• Fluent English (C1+) with the ability to craft messages that resonate with US buyers.
• AI‑first mindset to amplify funnel and copy production.
