About the role
Join Pexly as a German‑English speaking Pre‑Sales Agent working remotely full‑time. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medical appointments and support customers in both languages.
Key responsibilities
- Make follow‑up calls in German and English to book doctors' appointments.
- Contact customers who cancelled appointments to re‑schedule.
- Maintain and update the customer database in HubSpot CRM.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and report to senior management.
Required profile
- German language proficiency at C1‑C2 level.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- At least 1 year of sales experience making calls to German speakers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay focused while working remotely.
Required skills
- HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
