Growth Campaign Manager - CIS

About the role

The Growth Campaign Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns for the CIS region. Working closely with product, community, CRM, paid media and regional teams, you will ensure that global initiatives are effectively localised and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market (GTM) launches across multiple functions and regions.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and execution milestones.
• Collaborate with Community, Product, CRM, Paid Media and regional teams to ensure alignment.
• Localise global campaigns for the CIS market, adapting messaging and assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and recommend optimisation actions.
• Maintain consistent execution quality across all initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth or integrated marketing.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end integrated campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.
• Native Russian speaker with strong English communication abilities.
