Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

TripleTen, an EdTech company delivering tech‑career programs across the US and Latin America, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the full acquisition funnel for its new education offerings. You will work remotely with a global team, shaping strategy from channel ideation to scaling proven tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies across the customer journey.
• Launch, test and scale paid acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, search, community platforms and webinars.
• Build and iterate landing‑page, offer and funnel experiments to boost conversion rates.
• Analyse full‑funnel economics (CAC, conversion, cohort revenue) and make weekly scale‑or‑kill decisions.
• Generate audience insights by combining data, customer research, sales calls and market signals.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content and Sales teams to drive sustainable growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth, performance or full‑funnel marketing.
• Proven track record launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with sizable budgets.
• Strong grasp of growth metrics, unit economics and experimentation frameworks.
• Comfort working with niche audiences, ambiguous data and hypothesis‑driven decision making.
• Fluent English and excellent communication in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
