GTM Specialist

About the role

Stamina builds revenue systems for B2B companies across multiple regions. We are looking for a GTM Specialist who will own the outbound messaging, prospect lists and automation to drive meetings at scale. If you have booked meetings yourself and enjoy crafting cold copy, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Write cold outreach copy for email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp – first lines, sequences, follow‑ups and reply handling for Stamina and client accounts.
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles, segment prospects based on signals and build targeted lists.
• Test and iterate messaging angles, offers, subject lines and sequence structures; analyse results and optimise.
• Handle replies and objections, setting standards for the team.
• Run the outbound engine – manage domains, mailboxes, warm‑up, deliverability and sequence logic.
• Create and maintain prospect lists and enrichment workflows using tools such as Clay and Apollo.
• Configure CRM integrations and automate handoffs to ensure no reply, meeting or deal is missed.
• Report on reply rates, meeting conversion and pipeline contribution by segment and message.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a B2B sales role (SDR, BDR, AE or RevOps) with hands‑on outbound experience.
• Proven ability to write cold copy that generates replies; examples and analysis of past performance required.
• Strong grasp of ICP definition, qualification, objection handling and pipeline stages.
• Comfort conducting discovery calls and identifying genuine buying signals.
• Excellent written English and experience in international B2B markets.

Required skills

• Experience with modern outbound stacks (sequencers, enrichment tools, CRM).
• Advanced spreadsheet and data manipulation skills.
• Proficiency with automation platforms such as Make, n8n or Zapier, or ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of email deliverability standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and inbox placement testing.
• Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo and generic CRM systems.
