Digital Sales Manager – Programmatic Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Sales Manager to join our Yerevan office. You will drive business growth by expanding our client base and deepening relationships with existing partners in the mobile programmatic advertising space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert new clients such as digital agencies, media buyers and direct advertisers.
• Manage and grow the existing portfolio through strategic account planning, upselling and retention initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles from outreach and needs assessment to product demos, negotiation and contract closure.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives and marketing directors.
• Collaborate with technical, analytics and creative teams to craft tailored advertising solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, performance reports and market insights to support client success.
• Represent BYYD at industry events, webinars and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in IT, digital marketing or ad‑tech.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑level presentations and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Higher education degree.
• Self‑motivated, analytical mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
