About the role

The bank is looking for a motivated Customer Manager to lead the "Old Yerevan" branch. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, promoting bank products, and building lasting relationships with both existing and new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and accurate advice on the bank’s services and products.
• Identify client needs, attract new customers and conduct cross‑selling activities.
• Support loan issuance, deposit acquisition, account opening, card issuance and remote‑management services.
• Supply clients with account statements, transaction records, payment documents and other required paperwork.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum one year of experience in lending or related banking activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to work under pressure.
