Head of B2B Compliance Team

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our B2B Compliance Team at SoftConstruct. The role will drive regulatory compliance across our global iGaming portfolio, ensuring our platforms and partner solutions meet all licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Secure, maintain and leverage the Group’s B2B licenses in regulated markets worldwide.
• Ensure all proprietary software, games and sportsbook platforms comply with international regulatory standards.
• Manage regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions and maintain alignment with local regulators.
• Lead a team responsible for onboarding and monitoring Turnkey and White‑Label partners, guaranteeing technical compliance of delivered solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between B2B clients, product developers, legal counsel and external auditors.
• Mentor, evaluate and develop the performance of the B2B compliance team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with the job description and labor code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, specifically within B2B iGaming operations.
• Proven track record in licensing, regulatory oversight and multi‑jurisdictional compliance management.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian or Russian is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work hard, learn fast and lead a team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of global B2B iGaming regulations, Turnkey and White‑Label frameworks.
• Experience leading compliance teams and managing regulatory risk.
