Head of Marketing Department

About the role

The partner company operating in the beverage production sector is looking for a strategic thinker to lead its Marketing Department. This senior position will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all marketing activities, as well as driving brand development and campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the company's overall marketing strategy, including annual and monthly plans.
• Manage digital marketing and point‑of‑sale marketing channels.
• Plan, allocate, and control the marketing budget.
• Identify export opportunities.
• Organize and supervise advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Lead and monitor the work of the marketing team.
• Design market entry and product development initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
• Prepare regular reports for the founding director.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Higher education in marketing, communications, management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, budgeting, and team management.
• Experience in brand development, market analysis, and promotional programs.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a strong advantage.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent command of English and Russian.
