Head of People Analytics

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking a data‑driven Head of People Analytics to steer strategic workforce planning and boost organisational effectiveness. You will partner with HR, Finance, Strategy and Business Unit leaders to turn talent data into actionable insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business objectives and market trends.
• Develop predictive models to forecast talent needs across geographies and functions.
• Design headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes and service levels.
• Build tools to monitor employee workload, productivity and utilisation.
• Assess organisational structure effectiveness and recommend optimal team configurations.
• Embed analytics into org‑design, budgeting and transformation projects.
• Present insights to senior executives and contribute to company‑wide performance reviews.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑impact team of analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR or management consulting.
• Proven track record in organisational design, operating‑model assessment or HR transformation.
• Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages a plus.
