Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Yerevan office. You will design, develop and optimise HVAC systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects while ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform load calculations and develop technical specifications for HVAC installations.
• Create detailed HVAC layouts, schematics and drawings using CAD tools.
• Select appropriate equipment and coordinate with project managers, architects and installation teams.
• Oversee installation, commissioning and testing of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose system issues, recommend corrective actions and support ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in project planning meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in HVAC engineering and design, preferably on building services or construction projects in Armenia or the region.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards and energy‑efficiency regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
