Hotel Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic hospitality professional to manage our front office, reservations and guest services at The Arte Hotel in the heart of Yerevan.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of front office, reservations and guest services.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage, train and motivate front‑line staff to meet performance goals.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B for seamless service.
• Manage room inventory, rates and budgeting with the General Manager.
• Implement hotel policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years experience in hotel administration or front office management.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian; English or other languages a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm demeanor and problem‑solving ability under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software and PMS.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
