Recruiter (Family Office)

About the role

A private UHNWI Family Office is looking for an in-house recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a fully remote, small-team role. The recruiter will source and hire across a wide range of areas, seniority and markets (EU, Latin America, UAE, South Africa), including corporate services, education, household staff, luxury assets and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from intake call to closed offer
• Proactively source and map candidates rather than relying only on inbound applications
• Communicate with candidates discreetly, given the sensitive nature of a family office
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against role requirements and fit
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes
• Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process
• Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date

Required profile

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Fluent English and Russian, spoken and written
• Experience with family offices, concierge services or travel/hospitality is a plus
• Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently
• Good judgment with confidential information, strong communication and organisation
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely in a small team
