IT Sales Manager

About the role

LuysTech is building a new B2B sales line for its Business Control (BC) platform, a management system designed for medium and large enterprises. The IT Sales Manager will drive the growth of this line by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting the BC solution.

Key responsibilities

• Establish contact with potential clients and present the BC platform.
• Identify business needs and challenges to tailor the solution.
• Organize and attend meetings, initially alongside team specialists and later independently.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and manage the sales process.
• Record client interactions and sales stages in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, persistent and motivated to achieve results.
• Comfortable handling rejection and focused on outcomes.
• Interest in IT and technology products.
• Eagerness to learn and understand business processes.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM tools.
