Junior Java Developer – Remote (Armenia/Georgia/Turkey)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Java Developer to join our client’s growing team on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining Java‑based backend services for customers in Armenia, Georgia, and Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Java applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and senior developers to deliver high‑quality software.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
• Contribute to database tasks, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Take part in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven professional experience with Java development.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, analysis, and design principles.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
