Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist

About the role

Vox Master LLC, an international telecommunications company founded 15 years ago, is looking for a dedicated Junior Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join its team in Yerevan. The position is on-site only and covers daily network service operations, IT infrastructure support and technical assistance to clients and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data related to client-reported issues (trouble tickets).
• Create and send trouble tickets to clients.
• Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Follow up with clients until issues are fully resolved.
• Monitor and test service quality to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform routing analysis and test routing results together with the sales team.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Sufficient technical and computer knowledge.
• Written communication skills in English and Russian.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Experience in technical support or a related IT field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Data analysis and communication processes using the above tools.
