International Sales Manager

About the role

The International Sales Manager will be based on‑site in Yerevan and will develop and manage international sales activities for Vox Master’s VOIP and wholesale telecom services. The role focuses on prospecting new overseas clients, expanding existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth across assigned markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new overseas clients for VOIP and wholesale telecom services.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners and negotiate commercial terms and contracts within assigned markets.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor pricing and competition, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales proposals, manage the sales pipeline, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.
• Attend industry events and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support product positioning and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in telecom, VOIP, or related technology services.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, account development, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to perform market research, analyze sales data, and develop effective go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Basic understanding of IP‑based telecom or VOIP concepts.
