About the role
HireZone is seeking a responsible and communicative Junior Recruitment Specialist to support its growing IT talent acquisition team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop recruitment skills while working directly with IT professionals and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with IT candidates through phone and email communication.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with candidates throughout the screening process.
- Organise and conduct short initial calls to assess interest and fit.
- Evaluate spoken English and Russian proficiency during initial assessments.
- Record candidate information and screening outcomes in the tracking system.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken English and Russian.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High sense of responsibility and good organisational skills.
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, candidate‑centric environment.
