About the role

ID Bank is looking for a motivated and diligent Consultant to join its branch network in Yerevan. The role involves direct interaction with customers, providing advice on banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess the needs of customers visiting the bank.
• Provide accurate information and advice on the bank’s services, products, ATMs, and payment terminals.
• Issue new, reissued, or delivered plastic cards to customers.
• Assist customers with account information, service inquiries, and application processing.
• Resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints promptly, ensuring clear feedback.
• Collect and forward customer suggestions and complaints for further action.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to business ethics.
