Learning Experience Coordinator

About the role

AI Qez Ban, Armenia's largest AI learning community, is hiring a Learning Experience Coordinator to own the full experience of its online classes. The role makes every session feel warm and smooth, so learners feel supported and teachers can focus on teaching. It is a full-time, on-site position in Yerevan, working in a small, fast team alongside AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Host live classes: open each session, introduce teachers, run Q&A, polls and breaks, and close with clear next steps.
• Own the learner experience: prepare Zoom, materials and forms before class, solve access and tech issues during class, share recordings and follow up on homework after class, and collect feedback.
• Support teachers by reviewing session flow and materials in advance, handling logistics during class, and passing on important questions and signals.
• Build AI-first operations: create checklists, templates and workflows, and decide where AI and automation help and where a human is needed.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional Armenian and English, spoken and written.
• Experience hosting events, workshops, online sessions, student clubs or teaching.
• Organized and reliable, calm under pressure, patient and quick to help others.
• Uses AI tools and wants to build with them; takes ownership and handles direct feedback well.
• Full-time commitment, not a side gig.
