Maintenance Lead

About the role

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of production equipment by planning, coordinating and overseeing technical maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment.
• Decide on procurement of spare parts and follow up purchasing processes.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee auxiliary facilities to guarantee reliable functioning.
• Participate in engineering project discussions and propose new improvement initiatives.
• Manage department documentation, workflow and budget.
• Allocate tasks, evaluate performance and conduct monthly incentive calculations.
• Represent the department in meetings and present proposals to management.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, including technical English.
• Excellent command of Russian.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of technical equipment and machinery operation.
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholders.
