Manager in International Lending Division

About the role

The International Lending Division seeks a proactive manager to drive market analysis, client relationship management, and business development across borders. You will act as a key liaison between the bank and both public and private organizations, ensuring the department’s products meet international client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct international market analysis, monitor trends, and present business proposals to achieve growth targets.
• Develop, implement, and monitor mechanisms for managing cooperation with existing clients.
• Participate in conferences and international events to attract new clients.
• Assess clients’ business activities and financial standing, including on‑site assessments abroad.
• Identify clients’ banking needs and financial capabilities.
• Represent the bank’s interests before public and private organizations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports and recommendations to the direct manager and relevant business units.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of proven professional experience in corporate lending.
• Excellent knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Understanding of sales mechanisms.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
