Marketing Analyst (Content & Social)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with 1-3 years of hands‑on experience who can also create and manage content. The role combines data analysis with content creation, using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and AI‑assisted workflows to drive marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards across GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, social analytics, and other platforms, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Write and edit marketing content—including blog posts, social copy, and website copy—leveraging AI tools for drafting and research while ensuring quality.
• Conduct on‑page SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization.
• Create social posting schedules from finished content and monitor performance to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to obtain visual assets for content and campaigns.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 level, especially written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of practical experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and a CRM or marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot).
• Comfortable using AI tools daily for analysis, drafting, and research.
• Strong analytical mindset that turns data into decisions.
