Event Manager

About the role

The Event Manager will lead the planning, organization, and execution of member‑focused events for ArMa Global, a community for founders, senior executives, and investors. Working full‑time in a hybrid setting, the role blends creative event design with precise logistical coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event concepts and programs that align with ArMa Global’s mission and member needs.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, speakers, and partners while managing budgets and timelines.
• Oversee all logistics from invitations and registration to on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design agendas, curate content, and ensure high‑quality participant experiences.
• Track event performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve formats and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event planning, community building, or member‑based organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills with members, partners, vendors, and speakers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Armenian or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work inclusively with diverse audiences and create accessible event environments.
