Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to design and execute impactful campaigns that drive measurable business growth. The role requires close collaboration with sales, design, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business goals.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, print, PR, events, and other channels.
• Manage branding, content creation, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize tactics.
• Oversee marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Support product launches, events, presentations, and creation of promotional materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing drives sales and revenue growth.
• Creative yet structured approach, fluent in Armenian and proficient in English; Russian is a plus.
