Marketing & Sales Specialist - Junior+

About the role

HiJob is looking for a motivated Junior+ Marketing & Sales Specialist to join the team in Armenia. The role is split evenly between marketing and sales activities, offering a balanced experience in both fields.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing: support social media and digital marketing initiatives, prepare and publish content, assist with campaign planning and execution, research competitors and market trends, help create marketing materials and presentations, monitor content performance, and coordinate with designers.
• Sales: research and identify potential clients, conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn, present HiJob’s value proposition, follow up with prospects, maintain organized lead records, support meetings and presentations, and assist with partnership and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence when contacting new companies and professionals.
• Effective research and information‑gathering abilities.
• Organizational and follow‑up skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Results‑oriented, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to craft clear professional messages and deliver presentations.

What we offer

• 4‑week practical internship followed by a 3‑month probation period.
