Mid-Level Creative Producer – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Creative Producer to lead the creation of high‑impact user‑acquisition ads for our social discovery products. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the UA team to design static and video creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google that meet key performance targets such as conversion rate, CPA and ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full creative production cycle from brief to final assets for multiple products.
• Translate data‑driven insights into clear, actionable briefs that guide designers, editors and AI teams.
• Provide precise, rationale‑based feedback to ensure creative quality and consistency.
• Develop and refine creative strategy using market analysis tools and internal UA reports.
• Maintain a library of best‑practice guidelines for freelancers and external agencies.
• Partner with the UA team to define testing hypotheses and performance‑focused creative plans.
• Coordinate timelines and priorities with stakeholders to enable rapid iteration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance‑marketing creative production, preferably on Meta, TikTok or Google platforms.
• Demonstrated portfolio of high‑performing ad creatives with significant spend.
• Proficiency with AI‑augmented creative tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo and Kling.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative influences them.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
