Middle Sportsbook Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Middle Sportsbook Product Marketing Specialist to join our Yerevan team. You will help plan and execute promotional campaigns, manage multi‑regional marketing operations, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to boost the performance of our Sportsbook product.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and launching impactful promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, CRM, SMM, and Product teams to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Create banners, push notifications, and other engaging promotional content.
• Maintain multi‑regional marketing calendars aligned with local and international sports events.
• Conduct market research to capture customer preferences, trends, and pain points.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local and regional regulations.
• Monitor competitors’ strategies and industry best practices to keep a competitive edge.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports for leadership.
• Support senior team members in project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in product marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Proficiency with modern marketing tools.
• Experience using analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with project management software.
