Outgoing Tour Manager

About the role

The Outgoing Tour Manager will design, present and sell travel packages for international destinations such as Thailand, Maldives, Zanzibar, Bali and others. The role involves close interaction with customers and partners, guiding each order from quotation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Create attractive outbound tour packages tailored to market demand.
• Present and sell packages to B2B and B2C clients.
• Maintain relationships with customers, travel agencies and service providers.
• Coordinate all stages of the order, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and achieve commission targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound tourism or travel sales.
• Strong knowledge of exotic destinations and tour product composition.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and partners.

Required skills

• Tour package design and sales expertise.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes.

What we offer

• Office‑based, full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑19:00; reduced Saturday hours).
• Base salary of 200,000 AMD per month plus 10‑20% commission on sales.
