Performance Marketing & Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Content Strategist to design and execute high‑impact paid advertising and content campaigns for international clients, primarily US‑based aesthetic clinics, medspas, and healthcare practices.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch integrated paid ad and content strategies for international healthcare clients.
• Conduct audience research and define Ideal Customer Profiles to drive high‑intent lead generation.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and website conversions.
• Develop 30‑day content pillars and craft Reel hooks, ad copy, and qualifying lead‑form questions.
• Utilize Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Generate fresh creative ideas, experiment with new angles, and stay ahead of paid social and short‑form content trends.
• Own the full social media creation process: design, edit, and write engaging carousels, reels, stories, and static graphics.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in Social Media Management and Meta Ads campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of healthcare/aesthetic marketing logic and patient psychology.
• Ability to devise custom strategies beyond template solutions.
• Content‑to‑conversion mindset, linking organic content to paid performance.
• Comfort using AI‑driven tools for creative research, scripting, and strategy development.
• Fluent or upper‑intermediate English to craft high‑quality copy.
