Powerpoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Powerpoint Specialist to design and execute complex business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. You will work closely with an advanced language model (LLM) to create, edit, and evaluate Office Open XML files, primarily .pptx formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi‑hour business scenarios and workflows for Fortune‑500‑style presentations.
• Collaborate with an LLM in structured four‑turn conversations, providing feedback and selecting the best deliverable.
• Create prompts and tasks that normally require extensive business acumen.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing for various industries and functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in professional business document creation and review.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, retail, or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to give clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
