Premium Spirits Brand Manager

About the role

The Premium Spirits Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of the premium spirits portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities and local market insights. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to drive revenue, profit, and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create long‑range plans and business plans for the premium spirits portfolio.
• Manage budget planning, control, reconciliation and quarterly A&P reporting.
• Own the portfolio budget and oversee financial payments, cost management, and price control.
• Define 360° brand strategies, map portfolio opportunities, and calculate size of the prize.
• Design and coordinate the annual activity calendar, including big bets, innovations, and channel‑specific programs.
• Adapt global plans to local markets, integrate cross‑merchandising opportunities, and support SKU rationalisation.
• Partner with sales, commercial excellence, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Experience in large, complex, multi‑channel organisations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer needs quickly.
• Result‑oriented, responsible and agile mindset.
• Fluent English proficiency.
