Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at Telcell you will shape the vision and strategy for our portfolio of products and services. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and customer support to drive product development from concept through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring exceptional user experiences and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, develop roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to uncover improvement areas.
• Conduct market, competitor and user research to inform product decisions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from idea generation to post‑release optimization.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs and set product roadmap based on data, feedback and market trends.
• Prepare business cases, PRDs, roadmaps and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, marketing, sales and support teams to resolve issues and innovate solutions.
• Review product updates before release and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering results.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive product strategy.
• Experience conducting user interviews and gathering actionable insights.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication.
