Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Evoca is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with hands‑on experience in QR and payment processing systems. The role will lead market research, develop marketing strategies and manage product launches for the bank’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for bank products.
• Plan, execute and evaluate product marketing projects from concept to launch.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide optimization insights.
• Collaborate with partners, suppliers, product development and sales teams on positioning and messaging.
• Facilitate regular meetings to gather feedback and address challenges.
• Gather input from customers and stakeholders to refine strategies.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure financial accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in product marketing or project management, preferably in banking, fintech or related industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
