Project Director - Facade

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Director to lead large‑scale unitized façade projects in Yerevan. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of complex curtain‑wall systems, from engineering design through manufacturing, logistics, installation and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, BIM, production, procurement, logistics and site operations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors to ensure technical and commercial success.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and risk registers to guarantee on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Oversee quality control, safety compliance and installation methodology throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large‑scale unitized curtain‑wall or modular façade projects (totaling at least 150,000 m²).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are a plus.
