Quality Assurance Engineer – Test Planning & Automation

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at TeamViewer you will own test planning, support automation efforts and collaborate closely with Scrum teams to ensure reliable, high‑performing products across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Foster continuous improvement of QA activities.
• Develop, review and execute comprehensive test plans covering all requirements and use cases.
• Collaborate with QAs from different teams to share best practices and solve common challenges.
• Monitor and maintain daily automated regression runs to detect regressions early.
• Participate in Scrum grooming sessions and contribute a user‑focused perspective to product development.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on testing or software development experience.
• Experience designing and implementing test plans.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux or mobile platforms.
• Proficiency with QA tools such as Jira and TestRail.
• Fluent English communication.
