Relationship Manager (Russian Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven, client‑focused Relationship Manager who will convert qualified leads into active, engaged clients and grow an assigned portfolio. The role centres on client activation, deposits, trading activity, retention and sustainable revenue growth while delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified leads allocated by Marketing and Partnerships, contacting prospects promptly and guiding them through onboarding and initial funding.
• Convert prospects into active clients, meeting activation, funding and conversion targets while maintaining a client‑first approach.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients through regular, personalised engagement across approved voice, social and digital channels.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Payments, Product, Compliance and other functions to resolve objections and support client needs.
• Monitor client activity, encourage deposits and trading, and work to retain and reactivate clients to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client activation and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse, fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage or related client‑facing roles is preferred.
