About the role
Rentie is looking for a Sales Manager to join its on‑site team in Yerevan. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, and building lasting relationships with property owners, brokers, and corporate clients across the rental lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and nurture leads through prospecting and outreach.
- Conduct product presentations, demos and negotiate contracts with multi‑party agreements.
- Close deals and achieve revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Mentor junior sales staff and represent Rentie at industry events.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably in prop‑tech or real‑estate.
- Strong experience in lead generation, pipeline management and account development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Armenian and English.
- Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross‑functionally.
