Sales Manager – Yerevan, Armenia

About the role

Ajax Systems is seeking a Sales Manager to lead B2B sales activities for its security and automation solutions in Armenia. The role involves promoting a portfolio of over 280 devices, building relationships with system integrators, installers, consultants and end‑users, and acting as the brand ambassador in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Ajax Systems products and services to specifiers, integrators, installers, consultants and end‑users in Armenia.
• Identify, follow up on, and close new B2B opportunities, arranging meetings and negotiating contracts.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to business partners and alliance partners.
• Maintain relationships with alarm‑receiving centres and other strategic partners.
• Communicate product features, benefits and updates to the market.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security or related technology products.
• Strong business sense and deep understanding of industry standards, channels and sectors.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, high integrity and initiative.
• Willingness to travel according to business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools for data‑driven sales.
• Basic technical competence with security products (advantageous but not mandatory).
