Sales & Marketing Specialist (SaaS)

About the role

BarControl is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to accelerate growth of its SaaS solution for the HoReCa sector. You will blend marketing creativity with sales acumen to generate leads, build partnerships, and promote the product across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and manage social media presence.
• Create engaging content to boost brand awareness.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on new leads.
• Support the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Represent BarControl at industry events and build strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to drive promotion.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication in Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with ownership mindset.
• Background in SaaS, technology, or HoReCa is a plus.
