Head of Digital Marketing Department

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing Department to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will shape strategy, drive performance across paid, organic and content channels, and lead a team to achieve growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Define and approve monthly/quarterly content promotion plans and monitor execution.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social) to maximise ROI.
• Design and monitor SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and search rankings.
• Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Prepare and manage budgets for advertising campaigns and produce regular performance reports with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional units to enhance customer satisfaction and align strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and implement innovative tactics.
• Supervise the department, delegate tasks, mentor staff and oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and other legal requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a digital marketing team and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong analytical, project management and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
