Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution Litigation

About the role

Concern Dialog Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Civil & Commercial practice, with a focus on dispute resolution. This role is for an experienced litigator who is ready to run matters with real independence, backed by the guidance of our practice leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients before civil, administrative, and bankruptcy courts; in administrative proceedings; and in arbitration/mediation.
• Develop case strategy and draft key procedural documents such as claims, replies, appeals, and position papers.
• Advise clients directly on complex disputes and related commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, corporate documents, and legal opinions where applicable.
• Guide and review the work of junior associates where applicable.
• Monitor legislative and judicial developments and author client alerts and articles for the firm’s publications.

Required profile

• Law degree (Bachelor's or Specialist's).
• 5+ years of practice, including court representation.
• Attorney license (member of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia).
• Excellent written and spoken Armenian and English.
• Strong legal reasoning and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
