Senior B2B Compliance Officer

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a seasoned compliance professional to lead B2B regulatory onboarding and license management across multiple iGaming markets. You will act as the main compliance bridge between product, business development, and audit teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently drive regulatory onboarding and technical implementation for turnkey partners and products in various regulated jurisdictions.
• Serve as the primary compliance liaison for technical product teams, business development, and external auditors.
• Manage the full lifecycle of key B2B licences, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to regional laws.
• Mentor junior compliance officers, fostering knowledge sharing and team productivity.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the role and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in iGaming compliance with a focus on B2B technical implementations.
• Proven track record in regulatory onboarding and compliance management for B2B iGaming products.
• Strong experience collaborating with technical teams to ensure product compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Armenian or Russian is a plus.
