Senior B2C Compliance Officer

About the role

SoftConstruct is seeking an experienced Senior B2C Compliance Officer to lead regulatory compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. You will shape and enforce policies that ensure our B2C and B2B platforms meet the highest standards of AML, responsible gambling, and data protection.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess regulatory developments in various jurisdictions, providing strategic mitigation recommendations.
• Support the creation and upkeep of AML, Responsible Gambling, and operational compliance policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to licensing conditions and industry standards.
• Conduct risk‑based compliance assessments and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Develop, update, and implement compliance policies aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
• Integrate compliance frameworks into business processes and maintain compliance manuals.
• Perform periodic compliance checks on platforms, prepare quarterly and annual regulatory returns, and track key risk indicators.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, regulators, and external consultants, and mentor junior compliance staff.
• Support cross‑functional teams to embed compliance standards in marketing, customer service, and product development.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs within the iGaming or gambling industry.
• Strong knowledge of international regulations, including AML, data protection, and licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to analyse regulatory trends and adjust company policies proactively.
• Track record of conducting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Fluency in English; Russian or Armenian language skills are a plus.
• Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) are advantageous.
