Senior Corporate Customers Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Customers Account Manager to drive B2B sales, nurture relationships with corporate clients, and promote our banking solutions. The role involves negotiating contracts, identifying client needs, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients through existing channels and conduct negotiations with current and prospective customers.
• Identify clients' banking needs, assess financial capabilities, and propose suitable banking solutions.
• Manage ongoing client relationships, address complaints, and improve service quality in line with bank standards.
• Promote bank products by collaborating with public and private organizations and institutions.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper processing of cooperation agreements and related documentation.
• Fulfill commitments and agreements with clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory decisions, and governing‑body directives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and sales processes.
• Excellent command of English and Russian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
