Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design, evaluate, and document AI‑powered workflows that deliver measurable productivity gains across large organizations. This remote contract position will focus on building scalable automation solutions using leading generative AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and document enterprise‑grade AI workflows that improve business efficiency.
• Develop and optimize automation using platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Architect cross‑platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability across diverse enterprise environments.
• Integrate AI systems with knowledge‑management, collaboration, and business‑process platforms.
• Support AI adoption initiatives, providing change‑management guidance and best‑practice recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through systems thinking and data‑driven analysis.
• Produce executive presentations, case studies, and impact reports to communicate business value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with a proven track record of using generative AI to boost productivity.
• Demonstrated success designing and deploying AI‑powered workflow automations at scale.
• Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business‑process optimization, and enterprise knowledge‑management systems.
• Experience driving AI adoption and enabling cross‑functional teams.
• Background in enterprise change‑management and digital‑transformation initiatives.
• Excellent systems‑thinking ability to deliver actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.
