Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We're hiring our first Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – a full‑time, on‑site role in Yerevan. You’ll own features end‑to‑end, from the database schema to the pixel, and have a real say in how the product and codebase grow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑driven tailoring and cover‑letter generation, including structured LLM output, prompt design, and traceable, reviewable, undoable edits.
• Build and maintain our client‑side PDF engine, with data‑defined templates, pagination rules, and a live canvas preview that matches the downloaded file.
• Enhance the product surface – resume editor, application tracker, onboarding flow, billing and plan limits.
• Implement background jobs, telemetry, performance optimisation and security across the stack.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications with deep TypeScript and React expertise.
• Strong back‑end skills including API design, data modelling (MongoDB a plus), background jobs and authentication.
• Proven track record of owning features from design through deployment and maintaining them in production.
• Commitment to writing tests and clean, maintainable code without being prompted.
• Attention to user‑visible details such as performance, accessibility and clear copy.
