Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

We're looking for an ambitious Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship customer‑facing features, operational dashboards, and AI‑powered workflows that automate short‑term rental operations.
• Build end‑to‑end product experiences, from prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Create intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with designers to simplify complex rental workflows.
• Develop event‑driven automation engines that handle tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communication, and owner reporting.
• Integrate with external platforms (Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, etc.) via reliable APIs.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security, and scalability as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need features and ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders.
• Independent, outcome‑oriented work style and a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.
• Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
