Senior Growth Manager - CIS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to lead our market strategy across the CIS region. You will own the marketing plan, drive key performance indicators, and work closely with product, PR, community, and regional teams to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the market marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Drive business KPIs such as registrations, first‑time transactions, monthly active users, trading activity and revenue growth.
• Allocate and prioritize the marketing budget.
• Identify high‑impact growth opportunities and define go‑to‑market direction.
• Lead cross‑functional planning with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the CIS market in regional planning and business discussions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a track record of owning business KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential to grow into a Market Lead role.
• Experience in crypto, fintech or technology sectors is a strong advantage.
• Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
