Senior Growth Strategist

About the role

Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Growth Strategist to lead the performance and strategic direction of a portfolio of high‑growth direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands. You will partner with founders and senior marketing leaders to translate business goals into actionable growth roadmaps across paid media, creative, influencer partnerships, offers, funnels and conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own quarterly growth plans that align with each client’s revenue, acquisition and profitability targets.
• Identify and prioritise high‑leverage initiatives across paid media, creative strategy, influencer marketing and conversion funnels.
• Lead cross‑functional growth pods, coordinating analysts, creatives and media buyers to execute strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, AOV) and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.
• Diagnose under‑performing campaigns, design recovery plans and drive rapid execution.
• Scale successful tactics by increasing media spend, expanding into new channels and deepening creator relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy or DTC brand acceleration.
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth for consumer brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders.
